Taking immediate action on complaints of damage received from the client during the following period as follows:<\/h3><h3>\u00a0 \u00a0 a) Emergency complaints : 24 hours<\/h3><h3>\u00a0 \u00a0 b) Common complaints : Three (3) working days (preliminary examination)<\/h3><h3>3. Ensure the monitoring of facilities, equipment and services in the lecture rooms\/halls under the control of the DDAM is\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 done regularly once a month.<\/h3><h3>4. Ensure the approval for the issued within three (3) days of receipt of the completed applications.<\/h3><h3>5. Providing a fully complete Contract Document within four (4) month from the date of the Letter of Acceptance or a\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 copy of the Purchase Order is issued.<\/h3><h3>6.
